Testimonials from the IBS and Food Allergy CommunitiesPatients benefiting from quality healthcare for food allergiesOne Mother of a patient writes: As far as Blake's concerned, he has adjusted quite well. Now they all ask, can I eat this? If I say no, they just say, "Darn!" No big deal most of the time. Blake had a birthday and I served a cake that he loved (so did his guests) that was dairy and egg free. He eats his cereal now without milk. Just dry. He's eating more oatmeal which suits me fine. He's tried almond milk in chocolate. He seems to really like that and soy nog. Both of which have sugar. Trying to cut that out. What a process!! For ease of cooking, I am trying to cut all gluten-y stuff out of Blake's diet as well - most of the time. I want to alleviate any future issues he might have. It's just easier this way (most of the time). We fudge sometimes but I don't want their issues to get worse. Latia
